1. Introduction
The “Journal of Fundamental and Applied Research”is committed to the principles of open access and the widest possible dissemination of scientific research results. This Copyright Notice outlines the conditions for publishing articles in the “Journal of Fundamental and Applied Research”with a focus on preserving authors' rights and the Creative Commons license that governs the use of published works. Our goal is to protect the authors' rights while ensuring free access to their research, its distribution, and further development by the global academic community and the general public.

2. Copyright Ownership

  • Authors publishing their articles in the “Journal of Fundamental and Applied Research”retain full copyright to their work.
  • The “Journal of Fundamental and Applied Research”does not require authors to transfer their copyrights to the journal or its publisher, I-EDU GROUP LLC. Authors grant the “Journal of Fundamental and Applied Research”a license for first publication.

3. Publication License and User Rights

  • All articles published in the “Journal of Fundamental and Applied Research”are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY) license.
  • This license allows users, including readers and the general public, to:
    • Share: Copy and distribute the material in any medium or format.
    • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material.
  • Under the following conditions:
    • Attribution (BY): Users must give appropriate credit to the author(s) and the “Journal of Fundamental and Applied Research”as the original source of the publication (including the article title, author names, journal title, volume, issue, page numbers, year, and DOI).
