There is no fee for manuscript submission. The APC covers expenses related to peer review, editing, article preparation, online hosting, and long-term archiving. However, in 2025, all expenses for authors will be covered by the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulughbek, and the APC will be waived for authors.
